Chicken and beans...so filling!
1 chicken breast, cut into strips
100g cannellini beans
100g black turtle beans
50g soya beans
mint
parsley
vinegar
greek yoghurt
This is so filling, I couldn't eat everything!
Mix all the beans together with the chopped mint and parsley and a dash of vinegar.
Dry fry the chicken in a good non stick pan until cooked
Add a little greek yohurt on the side
Again 10 mins and it's done....quick and simple!
